     As principal of Villa Rica Elementary School I promise to make decisions based upon what is best for     children. I promise to involve all stakeholders in the process of change and accountability. I promise to develop effective teachers and teacher-leaders who feel empowered to engage in the change process with in their own classrooms based upon our shared school goals. I promise to use data to drive any systemic or instructional change. I promise to support ongoing professional development opportunities for myself and the staff at VRE. I promise to be a positive role model for the students in my charge. I promise to support the students, teachers and parents by being visible, approachable, and effective. I promise to not be afraid to take risks, even in the face of adversity.
