Amber Herring is the In School Coordinator (ISC), Special Education Teacher, and Family Engagement Coordinator for Villa Rica Elementary School. This is her second year at VRE and her 6th year teaching. She is originally from North Carolina and is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & State University, where she obtained a Bachelors degree in Child Development and Family Studies with cognition in Special Education. She went on to obtain a Masters degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. She is married with three children and has a Yorkie dog to keep her busy. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, doing fun activities with her family, and traveling.
