Jan Rosson is a Kindergarten teacher at Villa Rica Elementary. She has been teaching 31 years, 12 at Whitesburg Elementary and 19 at Villa Rica Elementary. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Jacksonville State University and a Masters degree in Education from the University of West Georgia. She has a special add-on certificate in Reading and holds certificates in both Middle Grades education and Early Childhood education.
She has been married to Chuck Rosson for 33 years and has a daughter, Min-Claire. She and her family live in Carrollton, Georgia and enjoy walking on the Green Belt and participating in church activities.
