After School Program

ASP Information 2020 - 2021

The After School care is a PRE-PAY program.  The cost is $7.00 per day per child. Please see the Tuition section of the registration form for our new payment requirements.  Families with three children attending are charged $4.00 for the third child attending that day.  Payment can be made in the form of a personal check, credit/debit card, or automated bank draft from your checking account.  If the balance due is not received by the following Monday, the student(s) will not be able to attend the program.  Students who have outstanding balances from the prior year are not allowed to attend until that debt has been settled.  All ASP money should be paid through the ASP program with the exception of credit/debit card payments which can be called into the bookkeeper during the school day.  The number for ASP is (770) 459-1488.

Pick up time is 5:45 p.m. SHARP.  Students who are not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute.  Late fee payment is due at the time the child is picked up.  The child will not be allowed to return until the late pickup fee is paid. Only three late pick-ups are allowed per school year.  After that, the student will be dismissed from the program.

• We cannot be responsible for getting individual children ready for extracurricular activities.  Please leave work early enough to do this. 
• Backpacks need to have the child’s name on it to help keep up with belongings.  All lunch boxes, coats, hats, gloves, etc. need to be labeled as well.
• Please do not let your child bring expensive toys or technology.  Other children love to touch.  We cannot be responsible for broken toys, technology, etc.
• Every child in the VRE After School Program should feel safe and have fun.  If your child chooses not to follow the designated rules and regulations for acceptable behavior, he/she will be dismissed from the program.
