Welcome to THE VRE where we demonstrate Talent, Heart, and Excellence in all that we do.  I am thrilled to be the principal of such a wonderful school.  I have been an educator in Carroll County for over 20 years and have worked in the Villa Rica Cluster since 2010.  I began my teaching career after graduating from the University of West Georgia (formerly West GA College) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education.  My experiences in education include elementary classroom teaching, Reading Recovery, Early Intervention Program teacher, and Remedial Reading teacher.   I eventually transitioned into a Curriculum Specialist role before moving into school administration.  I have a husband and two daughters and am so thankful for all of their support through the years.  Villa Rica is a wonderful community and I look forward to continuing the journey of inspiring excellence within the Villa Rica schools.  I am committed to positively changing lives for our students.  Together -- We are VR!
