Brittany Gore is the Third Grade Team Leader at Villa Rica Elementary School. She currently teaches English Language Arts and Social Studies. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of West Georgia in 2006. She is currently enrolled at UWG to finish her masters degree in reading education. Go West!

This is her 16th year teaching here at Villa Rica Elementary School.  She taught first grade for 12 years, second grade for 2 years, and this is her 2nd year teaching third grade.  She is also the Yearbook Coordinator, Academic Team Co-Coach, and Road Runners Coach here at VRE.

A lot of you may remember her as Ms. Horsley, but that changed 6 years ago, when she got married and became Mrs. Gore! She and her husband, Chuck, have 3 wonderful boys, Jackson, 18, Jonah, 15, and Tyson, 14, and a little girl, Addilyn, who is 4. Chuck is an Engineering Planner at Southwire in Carrollton. Jackson just graduated this past year from Bremen High School. Jonah is in 10th grade, and Tyson is in 9th grade, and they both attend Villa Rica High School.  Addilyn just started pre-k this year here at VRE! They are active members of First Baptist Church here in Villa Rica, where Mrs. Gore teaches a ladies' Sunday school class. We are VR!

In her spare time, Mrs. Gore enjoys reading, shopping, bible journaling, spending time with family and friends, and loving on her babies! Teaching reading is truly her passion and she absolutely loves her job!
